While officially established in 2006, Shahzain Leather’s roots trace back to 1990, when our passion for leather craftsmanship first began. We are proud to be a full-service leather manufacturer, handling every stage of production in-house—from meticulously sourcing and processing raw hides to expertly crafting the final stitch. This comprehensive approach, combined with an unwavering commitment to quality at every stage, ensures that we never compromise on the excellence of our materials or craftsmanship.

Today, Shahzain Leather stands as a testament to this dedication, employing over 100 skilled professionals across our strategically located facilities. Our expansive network includes state-of-the-art warehouses in both Sialkot and Karachi, enabling us to efficiently manage inventory, streamline production, and meet the diverse needs of our global clientele. Our Sialkot warehouse plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process due to its proximity to key leather sources, while our Karachi facility serves as a vital hub for both domestic and international distribution, thanks to its access to the port.

Raw Material Selection

High-quality hides from cattle, sheep, or goats are selected and preserved using salt to prevent decomposition. Proper selection ensures durability and consistency in the final leather.

Pre-Tanning Preparations

Hides are soaked, limed, and dehaired to remove impurities and soften the fibers. Pickling with acids stabilizes the hide, preparing it for tanning.

Tanning Process

Tanning transforms raw hides into durable leather. Chrome tanning creates softer, water-resistant leather, while vegetable tanning results in a firmer, natural finish.

Post-Tanning Treatments

Re-tanning, dyeing, and fatliquoring enhance flexibility, color, and texture. Additional treatments improve water resistance and durability.

Finishing and Grading

Leather is buffed, embossed, and coated for texture and protection. It is graded into full-grain, top-grain, or corrected-grain based on quality.

Final Processing and Manufacturing

Leather is cut, stitched, and crafted into products like bags, jackets, and shoes. After quality checks, the finished goods are packaged and distributed worldwide.
